                                                                                          HOW CAN I HELP?

These last couple of years have been tough! Many people have experienced increased levels of anxiety and depression, suffered through difficulties with relationships and parenting, experienced work-related problems and been faced with challenging personal and inter-personal situations, with little help or support. Many are experiencing emotional and mental exhaustion and are now feeling depleted as the world opens up again and life begins to get back to “normal”, for some people. The stressors in life have increased and the supports needed to meet these stressors have not been accessible. It has been traumatic for so many. Young people have had to endure long periods of isolation, just at the age when social-life is so crucial for their well-being and healthy development. Many people are facing an unknown future. Many have taken blows to their self-esteem and resilience.

It is a good time now to begin healing the wounds, to nurture ourselves and to rebuild our internal resources through nourishing our minds, hearts and bodies so that we can move forward into the future with a sense of being whole and solid. Maybe perspectives and priorities have changed during this time. Perhaps you need support to take stock of where you are now, develop a new vision, make some changes, be creative. Whatever it is you need, I will bring all of my knowledge, experience and empathy to supporting you in your journey, as you move forward into the next chapter of your life.
